Our Non-Refundable Travel Concierge & Booking Management Fee reflects the time, expertise, and attention to detail that go into planning and managing your journey from start to finish. All fees are non-refundable and due before research begins. Fees are subject to change based on the complexity of the itinerary. 1. Initial Consultation – 30-45 minutes | Complimentary A free consultation to discuss your travel preferences, budget, and trip goals. This allows us to determine the best options and gives you insight into how we work. Customized Travel Concierge & Booking Management Fees 2. Cruise Planning – Up to $75 per booking (Waived for direct bookings without research) ✔ Expert guidance in selecting the perfect cruise, including airfare and pre/post-cruise extensions ✔ Up to 2 tailored itinerary options 3. All-Inclusive Resort Planning – Up to $75 per booking (Waived for direct bookings without research) ✔ Research & recommendations for top-rated resorts based on your preferences ✔ Up to 4 resort options 4. Simple Vacation Planning (1-2 Destinations) – Up to $100 per booking ✔ Up to 3 customized itinerary options ✔ Assistance with flights, accommodations, and basic tours ✔ Up to 2 itinerary revisions 5. Comprehensive Vacation Planning (Multi-Destination or International Travel) – Up to $200 per booking ✔ Up to 5 expertly crafted itinerary options ✔ Detailed recommendations on flights, accommodations, tours, and transfers ✔ Up to 3 itinerary revisions 6. Luxury & Group Travel Planning (Exclusive or Special Events) – Starting at $500+ ✔ Customized luxury itineraries with personalized touches ✔ Assistance with group bookings, VIP experiences, and special events ✔ Unlimited itinerary revisions within the scope of planning Non-Itinerary Booking Fees ✈ Airline Tickets Only – $50 per person 🏃‍♂️ Run-Cation Package (Self-Guided) – $50 per booking 🏃‍♀️ Run-Cation Package (Guided) – $70 per person 🏨 Hotel Only – $50 per booking 🚗 Car Rental – $25 per rental ⏳ Last-Minute Trip Planning (Under 2 weeks’ notice) – Up to $100 surcharge
